I am Isabela Bastos (00s, Brazil), an indigenous creative technologist and artist from the Brazilian Amazon.  Born and raised in the Brazilian Amazon, at the borders of concrete and rainforest, I’m a first-generation immigrant exploring how technology, ecology, and collective knowledge intersect. My practice engages participatory design with material and digital networks
to amplify community voices, turn Amazonian experiences into new ways of approaching tech, and use interactivity to advance more sustainable & equitable futures collectively.
